Savory canelé with black pudding (pork) and apple sauce.
Deriving from the original sweet canelé, the savory version comes without sugar, vanilla and rhum but has caramelized onions. The crunchy crust and the moist center are unspoilt due to the baking in copper molds buttered with bee wax.
Babette is a black puddind and apple sauce canelé.
Milk and eggs coming from Normandy, flour from Seine and Marne, onions from France, Black pudding (pork) from Britain, apple from Normandy.
