Savory canelé with tomatoes, mozzarela di Buffala, olive oil and basil.
Deriving from the original sweet canelé, the savory version comes without sugar, vanilla and rhum but has caramelized onions. The crunchy crust and the moist center are unspoilt due to the baking in copper molds buttered with bee wax.
Faroul is a mozarella, tomatoes canelé with olive oil and basile.
