Savory canelé filled with corn, parsley and soft pepper.
(All the batters of our savory canelés are mixed with caramelized onions.)
Deriving from the original sweet canelé, the savory version comes without sugar, vanilla and rhum but has caramelized onions. The crunchy crust and the moist center are unspoilt due to the baking in copper molds buttered with bee wax.
