Savory canelé filled with pepper, garlic and anchovy.
Deriving from the original sweet canelé, the savory version comes without sugar, vanilla and rhum but has caramelized onions. The crunchy crust and the moist center are unspoilt due to the baking in copper molds buttered with bee wax.
Solène is filles with red and yellow pepper with garlic and anchovy.
Milk and eggs coming from Normandy, flour from Seine and Marne, onions and garlic from France, anchovy Connetable, french peppers
