Introduction lesson to the realization of sweet canelés for 1h30 in our patisserie laboratory within our shop at 72 rue de la verrerie in Paris 4th on Saturday and Sunday.
Introduction lesson to the realization of sweet canelés during 1h30 directed by one of the 2 Aude, both founders and patissières of Aux deux canelés. You will :
- grease the authentic copper moulds essential for the success of canelés.
- make your own canelé dough
- make a sweet preparation according to the remaining time
You can leave with a box of 6 canelés (3 sweet and 3 salty) of your choice.
