Savory canelé with butternut, parsnip and Montbeliard saussage.
Deriving from the original sweet canelé, the savory version comes without sugar, vanilla and rhum but has caramelized onions. The crunchy crust and the moist center are unspoilt due to the baking in copper molds buttered with bee wax.
